On-Ice Training • Focus: Power skating, hockey skills, and game play • Schedule: Primarily Mondays • Total: 7 hours of on-ice training Off-Ice Training • Focus: Shooting sessions at Off-Ice Hockey Lanes and strength training • Schedule: Wednesdays • Total: 9 hours of off-ice training

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations must be made within 25 days of the scheduled session, minus admin fee of $50.00. Less than 25 days is not eligible for refund, except for medical emergencies. Failure to attend a session will not be refunded or credited.
