
PERSONAL TRAINING
Dallas Robbins is a certified Personal Trainer specializing in Strength and Conditioning, having achieved this certification for the second time. From 2008 to 2016, she led conditioning programs, CrossFit classes, and provided one-on-one personal training. She currently holds valid First Aid and CPR certifications. Dallas designs safe, effective, and results-driven programs to help athletes improve their strength, speed, and overall performance.
STRYDER AND STRENGTH
Explosive speed. Total-body strength. Game-ready conditioning. This class blends the Stryder machine with targeted strength training to give Hockey and Ringette athletes the edge they need on the ice. Groups will be created by skill level and age. (Max of 8 players)
